No two days unfold the same, and that’s the point.

Maybe it’s a cabin outside Aspen. Coffee on the counter. Boots by the door. You help each other get ready slowly  — no rush, no audience. You drive until the road turns to gravel where an alpine lake waits at the end.

Maybe it’s Vail at sunrise. Cold air, quiet peaks, the world still half asleep while you say your vows.

Maybe it’s Telluride, where the cliffs glow at golden hour and you celebrate with champagne pulled from a backpack.

Or maybe it’s a courthouse in Denver followed by portraits somewhere unexpected. A rooftop, a historic hotel, a private dinner set for two — or a small circle of people who know your story and raise a glass to it.

Some couples add florals.
Some book a beautiful Airbnb.
Some keep it stripped down and simple.

None of it needs to be extravagant to matter, it just needs to feel like yours.

What an Elopement in colorado Can Look Like

Start by filling out the form below. We’ll cover the essentials — location, timing, the shape of your day — along with a few deeper questions to get a feel for what matters most to you.

You’ll also get access to my pricing philosophy right away, so you can understand how I structure experiences before we ever get on a call. No pressure, just clarity.

Inquire

If it feels aligned, we’ll hop on a discovery call. Ideally both of you join since this is about your shared vision, not just logistics. We’ll talk through the details, the tone of the day, what excites you, what makes you nervous, and what you absolutely don’t want.

Phone or Zoom, it's your call. I like seeing faces, but I’m flexible. By the end, you’ll know if this feels like a hell yes.

The Call

If we’re moving forward, this is where we make it official. Contract signed, deposit submitted, and date secured.

You’ll also complete your elopement questionnaire — the deeper, more intentional layer of this process. I recommend setting aside about an hour to do it together. A drink in hand, playlist on, phones down. This is where the real shape of the day starts forming.

The Groundwork

Once you’re booked, you’ll receive your welcome box. Inside are custom vow books, disposable cameras, a few small gifts, and The Way West — your elopement guide. It’s designed to calm nerves, slow the pace, and answer questions before you even know you have them.

From here, I stay connected without hovering, so you’ll never wonder where I went.

The Way West

Then it all comes together. Some moments unfold quietly. Some I’ll shape gently. Some will surprise both of us. You don’t need to know what to do. You just need to show up honestly. I’ll take care of the rest.

The Process

I photograph people as they are, not how we were taught to perform for a camera. Some moments unfold quietly, and others need shaping. I observe without interrupting and step in when posture, light, or pacing needs direction. We decide together what’s worth pausing for.

You don’t need to know what to do. You just need to show up honestly. That’s where the magic lives.

How it feels to work with me

start the conversation

Most couples invest between $4,600–$6,500, depending on location and coverage needs.

Starting Investment

Out West elopements typically unfold over 4–5 intentional hours — long enough to settle in, wander, breathe, and let the day unfold without watching the clock.

Timeline

Rather than “full-day” coverage, elopements are designed around what the day actually needs, not what a traditional wedding timeline dictates.

We design the day together, with a natural stopping point that protects both the experience and the energy of the day.

Elopement Coverage & Investment

I mean a day centered primarily around the two of you — your connection, your vows, and the space to move through the experience without an audience. Some couples choose to celebrate later in the day with a small group of loved ones, and that can absolutely be part of the story. What I don’t take on are events that require guest coordination and timelines, formal family portrait lists, or managing multiple people throughout the day. This boundary exists so your day stays private, intentional, and rooted in connection, not logistics.

what do you mean by elopement?

More than okay — expected.

You don’t need to know how to pose or perform. Some moments unfold quietly and others need gentle direction. I'll guide when it helps and step back when it doesn't. You're never left floundering and you're never forced into something that doesn't feel like you. You just show up honestly. I’ll take care of the rest.

we're awkward in front of the camera, is that okay?

You can expect at least 50 images per hour of coverage, often more. The more movement, expression, and interaction naturally lead to fuller galleries.

How many photos will we receive?

A 30% deposit reserves your date.
The remaining balance is due by the morning of your elopement and can be split into multiple payments.

Your date isn’t held until the contract is signed and the deposit is received.

If the story is still unfolding, we decide together whether it’s worth staying for.
Flow is mutual, extensions are intentional, and nothing is assumed from either side.
